Appraisal

When you start to think about selling your property, we’ll pop round for a cup of tea and a chat about market conditions, and give you a quick no-obligation appraisal of your home and an idea of what you can expect from the market in your area.

Valuing Your Home

Next’s the exciting part - what’s your property worth? We’ll send one of our expert sales staff to give you a free, no-obligation valuation of your home. They all have lots of experience of the local property market, so you know that the price we quote is realistic and achievable in the current market. They’ll even give you some tips on how best to present your home for sale in London.

Marketing

Once you have chosen us as your agent we’ll arrange to visit your home to take a selection of photographs to market your home everywhere.

We’ll also prepare a detailed description of your property which, once you are happy with it, will be used in brochures, online listings, and adverts, to promote your property for sale in London.

Viewing And Negotiations

This is the point where you sit back and relax and let us take the strain. We’ll take buyers on viewings for you or if you prefer, you can guide buyers around your own home, up to you.

We’ll handle all the negotiations with potential buyers so that you get the price you’re looking for without having to wait months for the perfect offer.

Exchanging Contracts And Completion

When your buyer’s solicitor has received the signed contract, local authority search, mortgage offer and deposit money, they will be ready to exchange contracts. The completion date will be set and the deposit transferred to your solicitor.

On the day of completion, your solicitor will inform you that the remaining funds have been received from the buyer’s solicitor. They will then inform us we can release the keys to your buyer, the new owner.
